Meta Ads Launch Plan

Two campaigns, six creative angles, one offer: a free consultation with the flat fee front and center. Pick your top three concepts and bring a budget number. Once I have those, I get moving.

The plan

Replace the lead flow LSAs used to deliver. Every ad sends people to book a free consultation for estate planning, a living trust, or probate help, and every ad says the price is a flat fee quoted upfront.

Campaign 1 · Prospecting

People within about 15 to 20 miles of Farmington, American Fork, Ogden, and Park City who have not heard of you yet. Meta's broad targeting with age 35 and up as a hint, plus a second ad set leaning on homeowners and parents.

  • Concepts C1 to C5 and the will-vs-trust carousel
  • About 75% of the budget
  • Optimized for the Lead event (form or booking)

Campaign 2 · Retargeting

People who visited the site in the last 90 days, engaged with your Facebook or Instagram, or watched a video. Warmer, cheaper, and where the reviews and the "no bill for questions" message do their work.

  • Concepts C3, C5, C6, the videos, a podcast clip
  • About 25% of the budget
  • Button says Book Now

Budget options (ad spend, paid to Meta)

OptionPer dayPer monthWhat it buys
Floor$50$1,500One prospecting ad set plus light retargeting. Learning is slow.
Recommended$80$2,400Enough signal to get through learning in two to three weeks, retargeting stays on, room to test instant forms.
Aggressive$130$4,000Closer to the old LSA budget. Only after the first 30 days prove the funnel.

What to expect at the recommended budget. The first two to three weeks are a learning period: Meta is still finding the people who respond, results swing day to day, and changing anything resets the clock. We hold steady through it and judge the campaign on weeks four through eight. Planning ranges after that: cost per lead under $120 on website leads, cost per booked consultation under $200. Estate-planning lead costs on Meta vary by offer and season, so those are targets, not promises.

The creatives

Six static concepts, each in square and 4:5. The photos are yours (the team, the house, the family), and the team shot carries the retargeting concept. Final files export at full resolution.

Who decides for your family?

Awareness. A question the reader answers in their own head, then Voyant answers it for them. Alternate angle to consider: "Protect what you've built."

Primary text

If something happened to you tomorrow, who would make the decisions for your family? Who would raise the kids? Who could sign for the house, the accounts, the medical choices?

An estate plan answers those questions before anyone has to ask them. Voyant Legal builds flat-fee plans, quoted upfront, with offices in Farmington, American Fork, Ogden, and Park City and virtual appointments anywhere in Utah. Free consultation.

Headline options

  • Who decides for your family?
  • Protect what you've built
  • One meeting. Decades of peace of mind.

Instructions for a court vs. for your family

Will vs. trust in one line, with a reason to click: we help you set up the right combination.

Primary text

A will is instructions for a court. A trust is instructions for your family.

A will goes through Utah probate: a public court file, a 3-month creditor period, and 6 months to 2 years of waiting. A funded living trust skips all of it. Most families end up needing both, and we help you set up the right combination for one flat fee, quoted before we draft a single page.

Free consultation at four Utah offices or online.

Headline options

  • A will is instructions for a court.
  • Skip Utah probate. Keep it private.
  • Flat-fee living trusts in Utah

Flat fee, quoted before we draft a page

Price anxiety is the biggest reason people do not call a lawyer. Answer it first.

Primary text

Most attorneys bill by the hour. We don't.

Every estate plan at Voyant Legal is a flat fee, agreed to before we start. You know the number before we draft a page, and the questions you ask afterward don't generate a bill.

Free consultation. Farmington, American Fork, Ogden, Park City, or virtual.

Headline options

  • Flat fee. No hourly surprises.
  • Know the price before we start
  • Questions later? No bill.

Keep the house in the family, not in court

Homeowner trigger in plain words. "Probate" appears once, in parentheses, so nobody has to know the term to get the point.

Primary text

If your name is on the deed and all you have is a will, your family can't simply keep the house or sell it when you're gone. They go through court first (the process is called probate). In Utah that usually takes six months to two years, costs filing and attorney fees, and puts your family's business in a public file.

A living trust skips the court step. The house passes to the people you choose, privately. Voyant Legal prepares living trusts for a flat fee, quoted before we start. Free consultation at four Utah offices or online.

Headline options

  • Keep the house in the family, not in court
  • Own a Utah home? A will isn't enough.
  • Pass the house on without a court case

Reviews that say "different"

Social proof that draws a contrast with other firms. Both quotes are verbatim Google reviews from your testimonials page. Needs your OK on quoting reviewers by first name and last initial.

Primary text

"We called one that was referred to us and we felt they weren't interested in helping us. So we went online and saw the great reviews for Voyant Legal. When we called we were impressed with the friendliness and their interest in helping us." Linda P.

That is the whole difference: patient answers, a flat fee quoted upfront, and a plan reviewed as your life changes. Estate planning, living trusts, and probate across Utah since 2012. Free consultation.

Headline options

  • 350+ five-star Google reviews
  • "Confidence but never arrogance"

Retargeting only. For people who already visited the site and are still deciding: the simplest offer first, then the partners-for-life promise.

Primary text

Your free consultation is still open, and the price is still flat.

At Voyant Legal the relationship doesn't end when the documents are signed. Call with a question a year from now and we'll answer it, no invoice. Three years in, we review the whole plan at no charge.

Book when you're ready. Four Utah offices and virtual appointments.

Carousel · Will or trust? What changes for your family

Five swipeable cards written for people who have never heard the word probate. Primary text: "Will or trust? Most people aren't sure what the difference means for their family. Three short videos

Video is the cheapest reach on Meta right now and the best way to put your expertise in front of people. Each is under 30 seconds and can be shot in one take at the office.

Option A · I come to Farmington

I can be at the office next week with a DSLR and a DJI Osmo for a half or full day: the three ad videos, updated attorney and team portraits, and office exteriors and interiors. Those assets also refresh the website and your Google Business Profiles. Separate quote, covering travel, the shoot day, and editing.

Option B · Your team shoots it

Lance, Michael, or Nathan record the scripts on a phone in good light at the office. We edit, caption, and export. Included in management.

About the scripts: all three were written for this plan. Michael's is built from his bio on the site (the hospice years and why he started the firm in 2012); the example details in brackets are placeholders for him to replace with real moments. V2 and V3 restate what the site already says.

V1 · Michael: "What I saw running a hospice" (30 s)
Before I started this firm, I ran a hospice company. I sat with families in the worst week of their lives, and too often the hardest part wasn't grief. It was planning nobody had done. [Michael: one or two real examples from those years.] That's why I started Voyant Legal in 2012. We do estate planning on a flat fee, quoted upfront, and we stay with you as life changes. If you've been putting it off, the first conversation is free. We're in Farmington, American Fork, Ogden, and Park City.
V2 · Lance: "Why we quote a flat fee first" (20 s)
The first question people ask us is "what does it cost?" Fair question. Most law firms can't answer it, because they bill by the hour. We can. Every estate plan at Voyant Legal is a flat fee, agreed to before we start, and the questions you ask us later don't come with an invoice. Book a free consultation. You'll leave knowing exactly what your plan costs.
V3 · Reel: "3 things that send a Utah estate to probate" (15 s)
Three things that send a Utah estate to probate. One: a house in your name with only a will. Two: accounts with no beneficiary listed. Three: no plan at all. Utah writes one for you. A funded living trust avoids all three. Flat fee, quoted upfront. Free consultation at Voyant Legal.

Decisions

  1. Monthly ad spend. Recommendation: $2,400 to start. Expect two to three weeks of learning before the numbers mean anything; we review at 30 days.
  2. Where leads go. Website contact form and scheduler first; Meta instant forms as a backup test in week three.
  3. Offer language. "Free consultation" and "flat fee, quoted upfront" come straight from the site. Is "the will itself is free" still something you want said in ads?
  4. Review quotes. OK to quote public Google reviews with first name and last initial? Proposed: Sarah B. on the image, Linda P. in the text.
  5. C1 angle. The question version ("who would make the decisions for your family?") or the calmer "Protect what you've built"?
  6. Video and photos. I come to Farmington next week with the gear (separate quote), or your team records the scripts in-house?
  7. Geography. All four offices equally, or lean toward Farmington and American Fork?
  8. Contested matters. Every ad names the scope (estate planning, trusts, probate) and the instant form asks if the matter is contested. Good?

What happens next

Once I have your concept picks, a budget number, and a yes or no on the shoot, I finish the conversion tracking, build both campaigns, and launch. Weekly numbers every Monday for the first month, then inside the monthly SEO report.
